How to request a refund
Email hello@pellanutrition.com with your order number and the email address you ordered with. Once your request is approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method.

The same guarantee covers Subscribe & Save orders. You can also skip, pause or cancel your subscription at any time from your account, or by emailing us.
